Falker Burgees – Sailing Dinghy Wind Indicator
A high quality sailing burgee, simple design, but probably the best.
The flag part of the burgee is supported by a fully wired stainless steel frame, which reduces flapping in the wind and makes it more accurate. The burgee has a small balancing weight to produce the best possible indication in light winds or when the boat heels. Falker burgees are well known for their steady reading of the wind direction and reliable performance over many years.
The long shaft allows the burgee to be kept clear of the mast top or deck and gives clear readings in oscillations or shifts in the wind direction.
The dimensions of the wind indicator are 8cm x 12cm with a shaft of 38cm.
