OYSTER TOWN LOCALS
The Dinghy Store was established in March 1986 as a chandlery catering for yachts and dinghies. A few years later Whitstable Marine (a neighbouring shop) was acquired, this increased our range to include Mercury outboards, Sports Boats, Fishing Boats, and a full workshop facility for servicing outboard engines. Since 2015 both shops have taken the name “Whitstable Marine”.
We’re a small, friendly and family run operation with our stores being located in the famous oyster town of Whitstable, Kent. So make sure you pay us a visit if you’re in the area; we’ll be sure to make you feel welcome, the sailing here can be great and the sea is only 100 metres away!
The shop is open 7 days a week during the summer months.
