The advantage of a line adjust system is that the crew do not have to leave the safety of the cockpit to obtain perfect headsail trim.

Barton's towable cars come with tow eye or sheave in place of plunger, allowing a control line to lead aft so that Genoa car adjustments can be made from the cockpit. Use in conjunction with end fittings.
